Fleet Autoleasing (earlier RNL Leasing) began its operations in the passenger car leasing sector of the Russian market in the fourth quarter of 2020. The company has introduced sales automation, and its fully remote and electronic contract signing process enables it to cater to clients all over Russia. RNL Leasing collaborates with all car brands (LADA, Haval, Chery, Omoda, Exeed, Geely, JAC, Kia, Changan, Hongqi, etc). The company is active in all segments of passenger car financial leasing: SMEs, corporate fleets, taxis, rentals, dealerships, and car sharing. It also offers leasing services for freight vehicles.

On August 3, 2023, Insight Investments completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in RNL Leasing LLC, a company operating in the auto leasing sector, as well as its affiliated company RNL Finance LLC. The transaction was approved by the Government Commission on Monitoring Foreign Investment. RNL Leasing did not halt the funding of lease transactions during 2022–2023. In November 2023, the company was renamed Fleet Autoleasing and provides services under a similar brand.
