Insight Investments purchased a 100% stake in the leading Russian leasing company in September 2022. The transaction was approved by the Government Commission on Monitoring Foreign Investment. The financing was facilitated through raised funds (bond loan). The purchased company recommenced financing leasing deals under the new DeltaLeasing brand in October 2022.
