On February 28, 2023, Insight Investments acquired a 100% stake in the leasing company John Deere Financial LLC, following approval from the Government Commission on Monitoring Foreign Investment. The transaction was financed through the issuance of a bond loan. Leasing deals were resumed with funding in March 2023. The company rebranded as Fleet Finance LLC and operates under the Fleet Finance brand.
