On February 28, 2023, after obtaining approval from the Government Commission for the Control of Foreign Investment, Insight acquired a 100% stake in a leasing company. The funds for the transaction were obtained through the issuance of a bond. Lease financing resumed in March 2023. The company has a diversified portfolio: agricultural business accounts for 60%, while another 40% is shared by the construction and logging segments.
