On August 3, Insight closed a deal to acquire 100% of RNL Leasing LLC (together with its affiliate RNL Finance LLC). The deal has been approved the Government Commission for the Control of Foreign Investment. RNL Leasing did not suspend financing leasing transactions in 2022-2023.
