In the first six months after the business was restarted under new ownership, DeltaLeasing signed 1298 new leasing contracts. The volume of new business* reached 15.6 billion rubles.
In February 2023, DeltaLeasing ranked first among all equipment leasing companies in terms of new deals, with a market share of 16.6%, reclaiming its leadership position in this segment of the leasing market**.
DeltaLeasing team (formerly Siemens Finance) resumed financing transactions under a new name and brand in October 2022. Prior to that, there had been no financing transactions since March 2022. In September, DeltaLeasing changed its owner – Insight Investment Group acquired a 100% stake in the company. The Group preserved the integrity of the team and operating model, as well as continued to develop DeltaLeasing with a focus on the industrial segment.
DeltaLeasing LLC has been operating in the leasing services market since 1999. It provides services of equipment, machinery and vehicles leasing from various manufacturers. The company has 24 client offices across Russia, from Sakhalin to Kaliningrad, and provides services in more than 500 cities. DeltaLeasing is one of the top 10 leasing companies in Russia and holds leading positions in the industrial equipment leasing segment.
The private investment company Insight (Insight Investment Group LLC) owns 100% of DeltaLeasing LLC. Insight specializes in raising funds for M&A deals and capital management in Russia and the CIS.
