The League of Russia's Best Enterprises has announced the results of the annual nationwide rating of the country's most successful companies. Bilantlia JSC, which provides short-term car rental services and operational leases under the RexRent brand, has been ranked among the top 20 national best in the passenger car rental and leasing industry.
RexRent also took first place in the Northwestern Federal District's and the Jewish Autonomous Region's regional rankings in the same sector.
Alejandro Carreño, CEO of RexRent, has been awarded the Executive of the Year 2023 national certificate for his many years of work, effective management of a leading company, and top social compliance.
The League of Russia's Best Enterprises has been ranking Russian companies' performance since 2012. The Organizing Committee includes representatives of public national business associations and individual expert analysts from various economic sectors. It has a specialized universal selection and ranking system in place to select and identify the best nominee companies. As their regular data sources, the League's experts use indicators collected by the Federal State Statistics Service of the Russian Federation. The rankings are compiled for each type of activity (according to the OKVED registry) on three levels: national, regional, and district.
RexRent (JSC Bilantlia, formerly Avis/Budget) is one of the largest car rental companies in Russia, providing short-term rentals, subscription services, and operating leases. The company has offices in 20 cities throughout Russia. It has been part of Insight Investment Group since August 2023.
